If you're uncomfortable, then it is because you are doing something that you would rather not do, you're feeling feelings that you know you shouldn't have to feel, or you're stuck in thought patterns that you'd rather not think. It probably feels like something's happening inside your mind but outside of your control right?
No matter how trivial or serious the problem seems to be, sometimes all you need is a mediator, someone like me, to get all the different parts of your mind on board with the same message – that you are okay and you do not need to do that anymore. It doesn't usually even need to take that long.
I've got a lot of different ways to show you that you are creating your own reality, and if you are creating it then you can create a more comfortable one. Life just gets easier after that.
