If you are reading this then I am guessing that your mind is very rarely in the present moment. It is either busy in a tangle of thoughts about the past so that you keep reliving past stresses, or it is projecting into a less than favourable future so that you are experiencing feelings as if everything is going wrong already.

With anxiety trapping you in the past or future, what chance do you have? Because the only time you can sort the problem out is the present moment?

Do you worry excessively about what might happen? Do you go over and over what has already happened? Do you just wake up with or nurture a feeling of dread throughout the day without really knowing why? I hope you can take comfort in knowing that this does not mean you have anxiety. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with you. It just means that you are doing something that makes you feel anxious. Effective anxiety treatment is about identifying what you are doing and teaching youn to do something different.

Anxiety Treatment

If you book some time with me, during the sessions you will start to understand your mind in a different way.

  • You will come to understand that feelings from the past or future cannot exist in the present moment.

  • I will help you discover that you have come to experience memories and expectations of the future as real instead of just thoughts.

  • I will demonstrate to you that parts of your mind that seem like the enemy are actually just trying to help.

  • I will help you see and understand what is going on in your mind instead of being swept away by it.

Using hypnosis and thought experiments, your time with me will help you see through the illusion that your thoughts are real. I will help you see that some thoughts have been given too much power and eclipsed all your other options in your mind. With a little of my help you will experience and understand your own mind in a way that you never have before. You will gain the understanding and make the necessary changes to enable you to enjoy more peace and quiet in your mind. The process is less about treating anxiety and more about helping you discover anxiety does not exist.

I charge £100 for the first session, £100 for the second session and then £70 per session if things take longer than that.

My most common pattern of sessions is 2 sessions within two weeks of each other and then a 3rd a month later. 10% off if you book all three in advance. £243 payable at the end of the first session. If you need any further support for the same issue after that then the session prices will be £70 thereafter.

All treatment includes phone support between sessions if you need it and hypnotic audios to listen to at home.
