Anxiety Treatment

It's that feeling you get some mornings…before you’ve even opened your eyes, something inside you whispers that something's not right. A faint dread. A tightness in the chest. A mind already scanning for what might go wrong today, even though—if you’re honest—most days turn out perfectly fine.

  • Most clients are happy with what we achieve in three sessions

  • I recommend my three-session structure for £270, but a pay-as-you-go option is available.

You do not need to spend the rest of your life feeling like you are stuck in fight or flight.

It’s strange to have a good life on paper… yet feel like you’re watching yourself live it from the sidelines. To love your family and friends… but still feel alone with your thoughts. To want more… yet fear that trying might somehow make everything fall apart.

If any of that feels familiar, then you already know the constant niggle of anxiety that doesn’t always roar, feeling on edge, dissatisfied or worried for no clear reason. The kind that causes overthinking, and another constant feeling that you should just get on with it, but you’re not sure how, which brings that constant pressure that you’re not sure how to release.

This whole routine just keeps you stuck in the familiar… even when the familiar no longer feels like enough.

What is anxiety?

Your anxiety isn’t something that is happening to you; it’s a subconscious story that’s formed in your mind, shaping how you think, feel, and react.

You may have learned early on that safety comes from scanning, from predicting, from staying small and not making waves. You learned at some point that expressing yourself honestly wasn’t safe. You learned that if you keep everything under control, nobody gets disappointed.

The invisible anxious stories leak into everything:

  • The hypervigilance that's constantly unsettling your nervous system.

  • The self-doubt that whispers you’re not quite enough.

  • The avoidance and procrastination that keep you frustratingly stuck in your comfort zone.

  • The guilt that comes from wanting space when you love your family.

  • The frustration of knowing you’re capable of more… but feeling trapped by your own thinking.

None of this means you’re broken. Your mind is actually working fine. It just means you’ve been living with an outdated script, and you need to change your relationship with your thoughts and feelings.

What therapy with me looks like

  • I help you rewrite that script – not by promising miracles, but by guiding your mind into seeing its illusions more clearly.

  • Together, we explore your inner world with curiosity rather than fear.

  • We use imagination, stories, hypnotic techniques, and psychological illusion work to loosen the grip of those old patterns, fast.

  • You’ll learn to feel safer inside yourself, more at ease in your body, more central in your own life.

  • Feel calmer, clearer, more connected, so you can start looking forward to each day.

  • Learn to feel less stuck and more free.

Most importantly, you’ll feel like you are the one doing the changing…you're not someone broken who needs to be fixed.

If you’re ready

If you’re tired of living life half-present…If you want to laugh more, breathe deeper, take up space again…If you want your mind to feel like a companion instead of a threat…

FAQs

  • As a hypnotist, the best way to stop anxiety in the moment is to see through the psychological illusion of the anxiety.

Anxiety gets out of control when you become fearful of anxious thoughts and feelings.

The key thing I teach my clients, using hypnosis and thought experiments, is to be curious about those thoughts and feelings.

When you are curious it is easy to step out of the fear loop you have been stuck in for too long.

  • This is not a criticism - it is an insight that leads to empowerment:

Anxiety is not something that is happening to you, it is an experience that your mind and body is creating.

You can learn to create a different experience.

  • During our first session we will cover this - what is hypnosis and how is it a part of our day to day psychology?

When you experience fear or anxiety when you are in no danger this is self-hypnosis - you are experiencing imagination as reality.

You are already experiencing hypnosis or there would not be a problem.

Simply exploring this idea with me could be enough to resolve the issue.

Hypnosis is about focus and engagement, not losing control. I will introduce you to hypnosis in a way that is comfortable for you.
